3. User Accounts

  • Users must create an account to use certain features of the platform.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep their account information updated.

4. Job Postings and Applications

  • Employers can post job listings and provide necessary details about the job requirements.
  • Freelancers can apply for job listings by submitting their proposals.
  • JobtoCN does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of job postings or freelancer proposals.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Payments for services are made through the JobtoCN platform.
  • JobtoCN charges fees for certain services, which will be disclosed to users before they incur any charges.
  • Employers are required to make payments according to the agreed terms with freelancers.
  • Freelancers will receive payments for completed work through the platform, subject to any applicable fees.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • JobtoCN offers a dispute resolution process to help resolve conflicts between employers and freelancers.
  • Users agree to cooperate with JobtoCN in good faith to resolve any disputes.

7. User Conduct

  • Users agree to use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner.
  • Users must not engage in any behavior that could harm JobtoCN, its users, or third parties.
  • Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraud, harassment, spamming, and intellectual property infringement.

8. Intellectual Property

  • JobtoCN owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all intellectual property rights.
  • Users retain ownership of any content they submit to the platform, but grant JobtoCN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display such content.

9. Termination

  • JobtoCN reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at its discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
  • Users may terminate their accounts at any time by following the account termination procedure on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • JobtoCN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform.
  • JobtoCN’s total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform will not exceed the amount paid by the user to JobtoCN in the past six months.
