Job responsibilities:
1. Handle user complaints & feedback in time
2. Extract effective information from feedback to the team
3, docking 24H online customer service assistant to deal with problems
Job Requirements:
1. Language skills: English can be used as the working language, Chinese (It's better to be able to speak Chinese)
2. Work experience: customer service experience, customer service experience in competitive product platform is preferred
3. Proficient in using basic office software such as Excel and Word.
4. Work patiently and politely, patiently deal with all kinds of problems feedbacks from users; Have team work ability, cooperate with other customer service assistants to deal with problems and cooperate with Chinese management
Working time:
Shift system,:day shift 2:00 pm. - 10:00 pm
10:00 pm-6:00 am, 6:00 am-2:00 pm
