Job Description
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth through agents and distributors while maintaining long-term and stable partnerships.
• Expand distribution networks, recruit new agents, proactively explore markets, and increase brand coverage.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, gain insights into customer needs, and formulate flexible business solutions to adapt to market changes.
• Conduct merchandise planning and inventory management to ensure timely supply and meet market demands.
• Train and manage the sales team to build a professional, efficient, and cohesive unit capable of achieving company-wide sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with agents and internal departments to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the beverage industry.
- Proven experience in expanding and managing agent/distribution channels.
Preferred Qualifications
• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Mandarin speakers and local candidates are preferred.
• Strong communication skills, exceptional leadership, and team management capabilities.
• Candidates under 45 years of age will be prioritized.
