【Job Description】

1. Assist the factory leader for the overall management of the factory.

2. Coordinate and manage the work of planning, production, storage and transportation, procurement, and quality departments. Responsible for the KPI assessment of department heads.

3. Based on the company's annual business plan and budget, be responsible for the organization and implementation of the factory's annual and monthly budgets, and complete all business tasks assigned by the company.

4. Responsible for continuously improving and implementing the company's various management systems and operational processes, improving production efficiency and per capita benefits, reducing production costs, and ensuring timely delivery. 5. Responsible for organizing and conducting production safety management and food safety management.

6. Responsible for warehouse management, including the control of non-conforming products and the handling of stagnant products.

7. Responsible for liaising with government departments and third-party audit-related work.

8. Strictly enforce financial policies to ensure the quality and quantity of raw materials, verify inventory levels in a timely manner, and coordinate with the procurement of raw materials to ensure sufficient supply and the quality of finished products.

9. Familiar with and understand the application and promotion of new technologies, processes, and equipment.

10. Ensure the personal safety of company employees and prevent work-related injuries.

11. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
