External: pharma customers, distributors, academicians

Job Description

Achieving sales targets for South Korea Pharma industry

Developing new business through technical presentation/ discussion with customer R&D

Responsible for handling direct accounts as well as distributors

Ensures profitability of accounts through proper pricing and product management

Takes end to end responsibility of customers’ requirements and ensures proper service to customer through interaction with internal and external channels

Responsible for accounts receivable

Responsible for forecasting for South Korea Pharma business to sales support

Monthly business review with Country Manager and New Opportunities & Development initiatives with Regional New Business Director

Proactive market research for South Korea for Pharma

Responsible for Identifying/ creating new customers and defining new opportunities

Making suitable resources available to convert new business opportunities in South Korea through share shift or technical business proposals.

Qualifications & Skills

University Master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals with 10 to 12 years experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceuticals with 15 years of experience. Must possess significant professional experience in Pharmaceuticals & excipient industries.

Excellent communication in English and Korean (written and verbal)

Business acumen skills. MBA degree would be a distinct advantage.

Good presentation skills.

Good Team player

Hard working

Proven sales track record

Excellent customer relationship skills in Pharma industry
