Monthly salary of 50000-100000 Thai baht, adjustable, various subsidies of 15000 Thai baht

Job Responsibilities

1. Promote and implement the national guidelines, policies, laws, regulations, rules, norms related to safety production, as well as various provisions of the superior safety department. Regularly organize safety production inspections of the department, supervise the implementation and rectification of safety hazards identified during inspections, and do a good job in safety management of the department.
2. Supervise the route planning and design of logistics distribution, supervise and inspect the distribution route, vehicle types, and loading volume. Supervise the daily maintenance and repair work of vehicles, control the operating costs, fuel consumption, liquid unloading losses and other indicators of each vehicle, and do a good job in logistics and distribution management.
3. Supervise the handling and verification of vehicle license plates, the purchase of vehicle insurance, and the handling of personnel identification documents, and ensure proper license management.
4. Improve warehouse workflow and management system, enhance work quality and efficiency, improve processes that do not conform to actual operations, and conduct regular inspections and feedback;
5. Supervise the operation of the warehouse's inbound and outbound processes and ensure timely and accurate inventory data, as well as control warehouse inventory to ensure the minimum safety stock, avoid material shortages and obsolescence, and do a good job in warehouse management.
6. Organize team building within the department, daily management, transfer, attendance, assessment of employees, and develop and implement employee education and training plans.
7. Other specialized tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, logistics management major is preferred, with 5 years of chemical related work experience;
2. Understand relevant safety and quality management knowledge; Familiar with relevant methods for safety and quality work; Familiar with vehicle management system;
3. Have good management and organizational coordination skills, familiar with vehicle operation, rich grassroots work experience, and the ability to solve practical problems on site
4. Ability to communicate and manage, grasp and control the overall situation, coordination, etiquette, etc; Adhere to laws and regulations, and have good professional ethics; Having high political literacy and sense of responsibility.
