Job Description
1、Communication to dig customer project needs and provide reasonable solutions to help customers get the project:.
2, training customers product technical knowledge, to help customers quickly familiarize with the product program;.
3、Write product technical information to help customers quickly familiarize with the product configuration.
4、Rapidly solve customer daily product technical problems, to ensure customer satisfaction with the service.
Qualifications & Skills
1、Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in computer, electronics, communications and other science and technology related majors; know Vietnamese and Chinese;
2、Working experience in testing and technical support is preferred;
3, have good communication expression, analysis and summarization ability and teamwork spirit.
