中文职位描述

薪资范围: 15,000 - 30,000 CNY/月

岗位职责:

  1. 根据公司的人力资源战略、政策和指引,建立并实施人力资源方针和行动计划,以支持公司达到预期的经营目标;
  2. 负责组织起草、修改和完善人力资源相关的管理制度和工作流程;
  3. 负责招聘、培训、薪酬、考核和员工关系等日常人力资源管理事务;
  4. 负责组织编写各部门的职位说明书;
  5. 定期进行人力资源数据分析,并提交公司人力资源分析报告;
  6. 根据行业和公司发展状况,协助制定公司薪酬体系和激励体系,并负责实施;
  7. 协助监督和控制各部门的绩效评价过程,并不断完善绩效管理体系;
  8. 助推动公司理念及企业文化的形成;
  9. 协助人力资源总监制定公司人力资源整体战略规划;
  10. 负责部门的日常事务管理工作,协助完成本部门员工的工作考核、激励及部门预算和资金控制等工作;
  11. 具备良好的上下级沟通和协调能力,能够站在公司战略角度管理人事工作。

任职资格:

  1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源、管理或相关专业;
  2. 5年以上互联网电商行业的人力资源经理工作经验,有相关行业从业经验者优先;
  3. 对现代企业人力资源管理模式有系统了解并有丰富的实践经验;
  4. 对人力资源管理各职能模块有深入认识,能够指导各模块的工作;
  5. 熟悉国家、地区及企业在合同管理、薪酬制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇和培训等方面的法律法规及政策;
  6. 具备较强的沟通协调能力、团队领导能力,责任心和事业心强,能够承受工作压力。

Position: Recruitment Manager (Vietnamese Nationality) - Based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Salary Range: 15,000 - 30,000 CNY/month

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and action plans within the framework of the company's HR strategy, policies, and guidelines to support the achievement of business objectives;
  2. Organize, draft, amend, and improve HR-related management systems and work processes;
  3. Oversee daily HR management affairs, including recruitment, training, compensation, performance appraisal, and employee relations;
  4. Organize and draft job descriptions for various departments;
  5. Regularly analyze HR data and submit HR analysis reports to the company;
  6. Assist in developing and implementing the company's compensation and incentive systems based on industry trends and company development;
  7. Assist in supervising and controlling the performance evaluation process across departments and continuously improve the performance management system;
  8. Promote the formation of company philosophy and corporate culture;
  9. Assist the HR Director in formulating the company's overall HR strategic plan;
  10. Manage the daily affairs of the HR department, including employee evaluations, motivation, departmental budgeting, and financial control;
  11. Demonstrate strong communication and management skills, effectively coordinating departmental needs, and manage HR from a strategic perspective.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or a related field;
  2. 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager in the e-commerce industry, with a preference for candidates with internet/e-commerce sector experience;
  3. Comprehensive understanding of modern enterprise HR management models and extensive practical experience;
  4. In-depth knowledge of various HR functional modules and the ability to guide the work within each module;
  5. Familiarity with laws and regulations related to contract management, compensation systems, employment mechanisms, insurance benefits, and training;
  6. Strong communication, coordination, and team leadership skills, with a high level of responsibility and a strong work ethic; ability to handle work pressure.
