Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1, responsible for the project's regional market research and market investigation, analyze competitors, develop market strategy, expansion goals, sales strategy;
2, responsible for the formation, coaching, training and supervision of the sales team, improve the team's sales ability, to reach the team's sales performance indicators;
3, lead the team to develop sales Channel agents, business association cooperation, strategic cooperation with large customers and other market development and maintenance work, establish and maintain long-term cooperative relations;
4, in-depth industry and region, do a good job of customer positioning and portrait, develop marketing programs, to the company's business development strategy;
5, control of the sales budget, sales costs, sales range and sales objectives of the balanced development of the;
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications:
1, Education: Bachelor's Degree, International Trade Business English, marketing, exhibition, business management and other related majors preferred.
2, work experience: with more than 3 years of 2B industry sales management experience, understanding of the exhibition industry is preferred.
3、Working knowledge: able to organize and manage sales team, make sales plan and decompose sales tasks, familiar with business negotiation skills, able to lead the team to complete sales tasks.
4、Working Skills: Vietnamese can be used as working language, while good Chinese/English skills are preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills, market analysis and customer marketing skills.
5, quality requirements: understanding and in line with Aquaspace exhibition corporate culture requirements, have a good work ethic. Strong tenacity, sociability and customer service awareness.
