越南销售总监
目前越南团队情况:
- 员工40+人,销售同事6-7人
- 越南总经理ECHO通过校招进入公司,在集团任职17年,在越南分公司任职16年
岗位职责:
- 负责公司物流服务的销售及推广,带领团队开发新业务,开拓新市场,培养新手业务员;
- 制定团队业绩指标,分配销售人员业绩指标,完成个人销售目标,带领团队完成业绩指标;
- 负责收集、分析市场信息,为团队提供有效建议,促成订单;
- 负责团队管理,遵守公司的业务流程规范,定期整理分析团队销售数据,做好团队人员的管理,优化工作流程,提高团队效率;
- 负责处理突发事件及非例常工作内容。
任职资格:
1、全日制本科及以上学历,熟悉越南语,有贷代行业销售经验3-5年以上;
2、有越南公司的工作经验,熟悉当地物流相关资源;
3、熟悉进出口贸易专业知识、物流配送等供应链系统的运作;
4、沟通能力强,服务意识强,执行力强,积极主动。

Vietnam Sales Director
Current situation of Vietnam team:
1 40+ employees, 6-7 sales colleagues
2 Vietnam General Manager ECHO joined the company through campus recruitment, has worked in the group for 17 years, and has worked in the Vietnam branch for 16 years
Job responsibilities:
1 Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's logistics services, leading the team to develop new businesses, open up new markets, and train novice salesmen;
2 Formulate team performance indicators, assign sales staff performance indicators, complete personal sales goals, and lead the team to complete performance indicators;
3 Responsible for collecting and analyzing market information, providing effective suggestions to the team, and promoting orders;
4 Responsible for team management, complying with the company's business process specifications, regularly organizing and analyzing team sales data, managing team personnel, optimizing work processes, and improving team efficiency;
5 Responsible for handling emergencies and non-routine work content
Qualifications:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, familiar with Vietnamese, with more than 3-5 years of sales experience in the loan agency industry;
2. Work experience in a Vietnamese company and familiar with local logistics-related resources;
3. Familiar with import and export trade expertise, logistics distribution and other supply chain system operations;
4. Strong communication skills, strong service awareness, strong execution, and proactive.
