岗位职责

1. 负责在海外各区域进行技术支持工作，如产品行销方案制作、技术答疑、产品宣讲等；
2. 收集海外各区域新产品需求、产品定制开发信息，完成与研发部门的沟通协调工作；
3. 支持海外各区域投标工作，配合执行相关的区域销售计划，包括开标现场的技术答疑等工作，与销售人员共同完成目标销售额；
4. 完成所负责产品或区域市场相关行业的信息收集、整理与分析工作；
5. 根据业务需要，对销售人员、代理商及大客户开展技术培训与指导；
6. 完成区域的新产品行销计划和老产品退市计划。

任职要求

1. 有3年以上工作经验，售前技术支持工程师、销售工程师工作经验；
2. 全日制本科及以上学历；
3. 法语/葡语/韩语流利，能够作为工作语言；
4. 能够适应经常性境外出差；
5. 能够熟练运用PowerPoint等办公软件；
6. 有ICT行业解决方案销售、售前技术支持经验者优先。

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing technical support in various overseas regions, such as product marketing plan development, technical Q&A, product promotion, etc;
2. Collect new product demand and customized development information from various overseas regions, and complete communication and coordination with the R&D department;
3. Support bidding work in various overseas regions, cooperate in implementing relevant regional sales plans, including technical Q&A at the bid opening site, and work together with sales personnel to achieve target sales revenue;
4. Complete the collection, organization, and analysis of information related to the product or regional market industry for which you are responsible;
5. Provide technical training and guidance to sales personnel, agents, and major customers according to business needs;
6. Complete the marketing plan for new products and the delisting plan for old products in the region.

Job requirements

1. More than 3 years of work experience, including experience as a pre-sales technical support engineer and sales engineer;
2. Full time undergraduate degree or above;
3. Fluent in French/Portuguese/Korean and able to serve as a working language;
4. Able to adapt to frequent overseas business trips;
5. Proficient in using office software such as PowerPoint;
6. Experience in ICT industry solution sales and pre-sales technical support is preferred.
