Job Description
1.Maintain customer relationship and assist in consolidating high-quality customers; manage customer information to ensure complete and accurate customer resources and equipment files.
2.Through contact and communication with customers, explore needs, promote leads to business opportunities; guide customers to reach purchase intentions; sign contracts and deliver products to customers.
3.Recover the payment for goods abroad, reconcile accounts with customers on a regular basis, prevent the risk of payment for goods, reduce the loss of payment for goods, and ensure the recovery of payment for goods; actively handle settlement procedures for settlement customers.
4.There are mature local Mining machinery customer resources.
