岗位职责：

1.在工厂的各种会议、商务谈判、客户接待等场合中，进行中、缅、泰三种语言的准确口译，确保信息的流畅传达。陪同工厂领导及相关人员进行外出商务活动，提供现场翻译支持。

2.负责工厂内部文件、资料、邮件等的中、缅、泰三种语言互译，保证翻译质量和准确性。

协助翻译工厂的宣传材料、产品说明书等对外文件，以满足市场推广和客户沟通的需求。

3.作为语言沟通的桥梁，促进工厂内部中、缅、泰不同国籍员工之间的交流与合作，及时解决语言沟通障碍。与外部合作伙伴、供应商、客户等进行有效的沟通和协调，确保业务顺利进行。

4.了解中、缅、泰三国的文化差异，在翻译和沟通中做好文化解释和协调工作，促进不同文化背景人员的相互理解和融合。为工厂员工提供跨文化交流培训和指导，提高团队的文化敏感度和沟通能力。

岗位要求：

1.精通中文、缅甸语和泰语，具备流利的口译和笔译能力，能够准确传达专业术语和复杂的信息。持有相关语言能力证书者优先考虑，如翻译资格证书等。

2.本科及以上学历，语言类相关专业，如翻译学、语言学、外语文学等。

3.有1年以上翻译工作经验，有工厂、制造业相关领域翻译经验者优先。熟悉商务谈判、会议口译等场景，能够应对各种复杂的翻译任务。

4.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同背景的人员进行有效的沟通和合作。有较强的应变能力，能够在压力下保持冷静，准确翻译。

Translator（Thailand/Myanmar）

Responsibilities:

1.Provide accurate interpretation among Chinese, Burmese, and Thai during various factory meetings, business negotiations, client receptions, and other occasions to ensure smooth information transmission. Accompany factory leaders and relevant personnel on outbound business activities to provide on-site translation support.

2.Be responsible for translating internal factory documents, materials, emails, etc., among Chinese, Burmese, and Thai, ensuring translation quality and accuracy. Assist in translating promotional materials, product manuals, and other external documents to meet marketing and customer communication needs.

3.Serve as a bridge for language communication, facilitating exchanges and cooperation among employees of different nationalities within the factory (Chinese, Burmese, Thai), and promptly resolving language communication barriers. Effectively communicate and coordinate with external partners, suppliers, customers, etc., to ensure smooth business operations.

4.Understand cultural differences among China, Myanmar, and Thailand, and provide cultural explanations and coordination in translation and communication to promote mutual understanding and integration among individuals from different cultural backgrounds. Provide cross-cultural communication training and guidance to factory employees to enhance the team's cultural sensitivity and communication skills.

Requirements:

1.Proficiency in Chinese, Burmese, and Thai with fluent interpretation and translation abilities, capable of accurately conveying professional terminology and complex information. Candidates with relevant language ability certificates, such as translation qualification certificates, are preferred.

2.Bachelor's degree or above in language-related majors, such as Translation Studies, Linguistics, Foreign Language Literature, etc.

3.Over 1 year of translation experience, with experience in translation within factories or the manufacturing industry preferred. Familiar with business negotiations, conference interpretation, and other scenarios, able to handle various complex translation tasks.

4.Excellent communication skills and a teamwork spirit, capable of effectively communicating and cooperating with individuals from different backgrounds. Have strong adaptability and remain calm under pressure while providing accurate translations.

5.Conscientious and detail-oriented, ensuring translation quality and work efficiency. Possess confidentiality awareness, strictly abide by the factory's confidentiality system, and do not disclose the factory's business secrets and sensitive information.
