Job Responsibilities:
- Develop talent training systems within the company.
- Support professional development across various business fields and provide internal talent development solutions.
- Enhance overall employee quality and professional skills.
- Design and implement curriculum systems, including core curriculum development.
- Manage the development of internal trainers.
- Lead the planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs' operational effectiveness.
- Research and introduce new learning technologies.
Key Skills Required:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in any major.
- Fluent in English or Mandarin.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, innovative.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and non-verbal communication, presentation, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Training Needs Analysis skills is a plus.
- Proficiency in Chinese will be considered an advantage.
