Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop talent training systems within the company.
2. Support professional development across various business fields and provide internal talent development solutions.
3. Enhance overall employee quality and professional skills.
4. Design and implement curriculum systems, including core curriculum development.
5. Manage the development of internal trainers.
6. Lead the planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs' operational effectiveness.
7. Research and introduce new learning technologies.

Key Skills Required:

1. Bachelor Degree or higher in any major.
2. Fluent in English or Mandarin.
3. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
4. Proactive, enthusiastic, innovative.
5. Strong interpersonal, verbal and non-verbal communication, presentation, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
6. Familiarity with Training Needs Analysis skills is a plus.
7. Proficiency in Chinese will be considered an advantage.
