Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, follow up annual trade promotional plans, with involvement of sales team in Traditional Dealer or Modern Trade channel.
- Analyze and provide daily/monthly sales reports, and market reports.
- Develop trade marketing support materials to execute the plan effectively.
- Forecast accuracy of Sales delivery and supply needed from planning.
- Support daily, weekly and monthly business reporting.
- Develop sales presenters & road shows for partners' sales teams whenever needed
- Follow up Sales and Marketing Activities.
- Pre & post promotions evaluation through market feedback and data analysis.
- Tracking, monitoring sales, spending, and ensure profitability within his/her responsible channel.
- Work with sales team, marketing, supply chain & other related functions to achieve business objective.
- Give feedback and evaluates competition by; gathering information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise.
- Monitor & Manage PC performance and motivation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Has experience in Trade Marketing job at least 2 years is preferable.
- Excellent knowledge of retail operations / market trends / customer insight
- Ability to data analysis and interpret to execution.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Trade Marketing and key performance indicators.
- People management experience; strong leadership.
- Good command in English.
