薪酬福利：月薪RMB 50-80K

职位描述

• 对公司航线进行优化调整，新开航线可行性分析，组织实施开线方案
• 新开航线或现有航线调整时，提出调配符合航线所需的船舶计划
• 航线合作项目可行性分析研究
• 协作合作方和我方相关部门处理航线合作过程中发生的争议、纠纷
• 线运价决策，舱位管理
• 营销与业务战略制定
• 对接国内发新加坡的业务
• 了解各船公司行情，维护船东，推广公司航线业务，开发国内同行业务，完成每月箱量指标，促进公司箱量和利润的增长。

职位要求

• 本科以上学历，从事货代行业航线岗位10年以上；
• 善于沟通，与船公司、船代、同行维持良好关系；
• 勇于挑战、富有团队精神；
• 熟悉新加坡当地的航司、清关行优先。

Compensation and Benefits: Monthly salary RMB 50-80K

Work Location: Singapore

Job Description

• Optimize and adjust the company's shipping routes, conduct feasibility analysis for new routes, and organize and implement route opening plans.
• Propose ship allocation plans that meet route requirements for new or adjusted routes.
• Conduct feasibility analysis and research on route cooperation projects.
• Collaborate with partners and relevant departments to handle disputes that occur during route cooperation.
• Make freight rate decisions and manage cabin capacity.
• Formulate marketing and business strategies.
• Coordinate business from China to Singapore.
• Understand the market conditions of various shipping companies, maintain relationships with shipowners, promote the company's route business, develop domestic peer-to-peer business, achieve monthly container volume targets, and promote the growth of the company's container volume and profits.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with over 10 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry focusing on shipping routes.
• Good communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with shipping companies, shipping agents, and peers.
• Willing to take challenges and possess a strong team spirit.
• Familiarity with local airlines and customs clearance agents in Singapore is preferred.
