SQE工程师/主管(匈牙利)
薪资:RMB 5-6万/月

岗位职责:
1.根据集团业务规划,并结合业务特点,搭建海外人力资源管理体系和策略,确保与公司整体战略的一致性;
2.统筹负责匈牙利海外HR相关事务,建立海外员工选用育留全生命周期过程管理相关规则和流程(员工入离职、培训、员工关怀、绩效考核等);承接部门需求、推动公司人力资源政策、制度、重点项目在海外的落地与实施;
3.负责匈牙利海外团队的人才引进工作,梳理招聘渠道、整合招聘资源、组织实施招聘,完成招聘交付工作;
4.负责培训和发展海外员工,确保员工具备工作所需的专业知识和技能;
5.管理匈牙利员工的薪酬福利体系,考虑业务及海外地域的特性,如奖励制度、加班补贴等,确保公平合理,并符合当地法律法规;
6.了解匈牙利海外团队的业务现状和团队情况,收集海外业务需求,整合人力内部资源为海外团队提供整体的人力解决方案,包括但不限于招聘、组织发展、绩效、员工关系等,提供人力资源支持和建议;
7.根据所在业务部组组织架构,进行组织优化、人才盘点、关键人才能力提升等工作; 开展组织文化建设,提升团队凝聚力;作为海外组织沟通的桥梁,传递和推动企业战略、文化、价值观在海外地区的落地生根;
8.协助解决匈牙利海外员工的问题和纠纷,确保海外员工的工作环境安全和健康,符合公司和当地的法律法规和安全标准。
9.从匈牙利海外管理效率角度出发,建设、优化人资各项系统流程,协同完成海外人资系统平台建设。
任职要求:
1.211院校全日制本科及以上学历,人力资源、统计学或相关管理类专业,海外留学背景优先;
2.10年以上人力资源从业经历,3年以上海外人力资源管理相关经验,有大型制造业集团或跨国企业工作管理经验者优先 ;英语听说读写流利,可作为工作语言;
3.熟悉海外(匈牙利)法律及具备海外人事实操经历者优先;
4.接受出差海外(根据业务情况,需要在国内和海外多地出差);
5.工作积极主动,具备优秀的沟通能力、团队合作能力、自驱力好,结果导向,解决问题能 力强,资源整合分析能力以及项目推进能力,能准确并快速理解业务需求;
6.执行力强、抗压能力强、善于思考,逻辑思维较强,快速学习能力强,认同企业文化价值观,并能够适应跨文化工作模式;
- 工作细致且有创意,对人敏感,具有较强的报告撰写、PPT呈现和方案讲解能力。

The company's business covers precision die-casting, precision injection molding, profile processing, and metal stamping technology, providing a wide range of one-stop precision structural component products.
SQE Engineer / Supervisor (Hungary)
Salary :RMB 50,000 - 60,000 per month

Responsibilities:
1.Develop an overseas human resources management system and strategy based on the group's business plan and business characteristics, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
2.Oversee HR-related affairs in Hungary, establishing rules and processes for the entire lifecycle of overseas employees (including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee care, performance evaluations, etc.). Implement the company's HR policies, systems, and key projects in the overseas region.
3.Manage the talent acquisition process for the Hungarian team, including identifying recruitment channels, integrating recruitment resources, and executing recruitment to meet hiring targets.
4.Train and develop overseas employees to ensure they possess the necessary professional knowledge and skills.
5.Manage the compensation and benefits system for Hungarian employees, considering the specific needs of the business and the local context, such as reward systems and overtime allowances, ensuring fairness and compliance with local laws and regulations.
6.Understand the current business status and team dynamics of the Hungarian team, gather overseas business requirements, and integrate internal HR resources to provide comprehensive HR solutions, including recruitment, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.
7.Based on the organizational structure of the business unit, conduct organizational optimization, talent inventory, and key talent capability enhancement. Promote organizational culture building to enhance team cohesion. Serve as a bridge for communication between the overseas organization and the company, facilitating the implementation of the company's strategy, culture, and values in the overseas region.
8.Assist in resolving issues and disputes involving Hungarian employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment that complies with both company and local laws and safety standards.
9.From an efficiency perspective, build and optimize various HR systems and processes for the Hungarian operation, collaborating to complete the construction of the overseas HR platform.
Requirements:
1.Full-time bachelor's degree or higher from a 211 university, preferably in Human Resources, Statistics, or a related management field. Overseas study background is a plus.
2.At least 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years of experience in overseas HR management. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large manufacturing groups or multinational companies. Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
3.Familiarity with Hungarian law and practical overseas HR experience is preferred.
4.Willingness to travel overseas (domestic and international travel based on business needs).
5.Proactive and positive work attitude, excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong self-motivation, results-oriented, and strong problem-solving and resource integration capabilities. Ability to accurately and quickly understand business needs.
6.Strong execution and stress management skills, logical thinking, and rapid learning ability. Alignment with the company's cultural values and adaptability to cross-cultural work environments.
7.Detail-oriented and creative, sensitive to people, with strong report writing, PPT presentation, and solution explanation skills.
