岗位职责：

1、推动供应商内部质量改善;

2、 推动供应商成立完善的质量保证小组;

3、供应商过程变更及材质变更的确认管控动作;

4、新材料及变更材料的管控；对铝合金压铸、CNC数控铝型材加工、电池包托盘、壳体品质熟悉

5、推动厂商导入常用的质量体系如，SPC, 6Sigma 等品管手法;

6、材料质量目标达成状况的改善及检讨;

7、新产品导入阶段的供应商管控。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，3-5年工作经验；

2、熟悉铝合金压铸工艺或电池包托盘、壳体相关产品工艺流程；

3、孰悉ISO9001、 IATF 16949体系管理；

4、具备丰富的供应商管理经验；

5、具备较强的沟通协调能力及高度的责任心。

SQE Engineer / Supervisor (Hungary)

Salary :RMB 20,000 - 25,000 per month

Work Location: Hungary

Responsibilities:

1.Drive internal quality improvements at suppliers.

2.Promote the establishment of comprehensive quality assurance teams at suppliers.

3.Control and confirm supplier process changes and material changes.

4.Manage new materials and material changes; familiarity with aluminum alloy die-casting, CNC aluminum profile machining, and battery pack tray and shell quality.

5.Promote the adoption of common quality systems such as SPC and 6Sigma by suppliers.

6.Improve and review the achievement of material quality targets.

7.Manage suppliers during the new product introduction phase.

Requirements:

1.Associate degree or higher, with 3-5 years of work experience.

2.Familiarity with aluminum alloy die-casting processes or the manufacturing processes of battery pack trays and shells.

3.Proficient in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.

4.Extensive experience in supplier management.

5.Strong communication and coordination skills, along with a high sense of responsibility.
