Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify, develop, and secure new business

opportunities.

2. Business Intelligence and Market Analysis: Gather business intelligence from

various sources, including company data, industry and field reports, public

information, and purchased sources. Acquire targeted sales history data.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry

trends.

3. Client and Industry Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client

relationships and strengthen industry partnerships.

4. Project Coordination: Act as a liaison coordinating interdepartmental teams to

complete assigned new product research and launch per specifications with

accuracy and efficiency in a timely manner.

5. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal

allocation of resources.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and

product development, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Over 5 years of sales experience.
  3. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools,

in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, excellent

communication and interpersonal abilities, comprehensive business knowledge.

  1. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English or Chinese.
  2. Characteristics: Responsible, quick learner, clear thinker, goal-oriented, able to

handle pressure, and self-disciplined.
