Social Media Content Creator and Editor(Thailand)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Salary Range: THB 50,000 - 60,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for planning and shooting video content for real estate projects on social media platforms such as Douyin, Kuaishou, WeChat Official Accounts, and Video Accounts. Based on scripts or creative needs, complete the shooting work to ensure that the video content accurately conveys the selling points, advantages, and brand philosophy of the real estate projects. Ensure high-quality visuals and engaging content.
2.Select, edit, color correct, add special effects, and incorporate sound effects to raw footage, producing videos that comply with platform guidelines and brand style. Proficient in video editing and image processing software such as Premiere Pro (PR), After Effects (AE), and Photoshop (PS).
3.Manage daily operations of social media accounts, including content posting, interaction replies, data monitoring, and analysis. Adjust and optimize content strategies based on operational data to enhance user engagement and account influence.
4.Stay updated with industry trends and popular topics, identify valuable materials and creative ideas, and regularly publish engaging and informative content. Possess excellent online sensibility and aesthetic ability to create content appealing to the target audience.
5.Work closely with teams responsible for brand planning and marketing promotions to ensure smooth project promotion. Demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills, efficiently completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher; preference given to candidates with backgrounds in Advertising, Broadcast Journalism, New Media, Chinese Language and Literature, Digital Media Art, or related fields.
2.Proficient in video editing and image processing software such as PR, AE, PS. Possess excellent aesthetic and creative thinking abilities, capable of independently planning and producing video content. Understand basic knowledge of the real estate industry and have a unique perspective on real estate projects.
3.Have at least 2 years of experience in social media operation or video shooting and editing for real estate projects.
4.Strong communication and teamwork skills. Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, handle work pressure, and complete tasks on time.
5.Deep understanding of the social media industry, familiar with operational rules and user preferences of major platforms. Ability to quickly adapt to industry changes, continuously learn, and improve professional skills. Passionate about the real estate industry and interested in real estate projects.

任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,广告学、广播电视新闻学、网络与新媒体、汉语言文学、数字媒体艺术等相关专业优先。
2.熟练掌握PR、AE、PS等视频剪辑和图像处理软件。具备优秀的审美能力和创意思维,能够独立完成视频内容的策划与制作。了解地产行业基本知识,对地产项目有独特的理解和视角。
3.拥有2年以上地产自媒体运营或视频拍摄剪辑相关工作经验者优先。
4.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。适应快节奏的工作强度,能够承受工作压力,按时完成工作任务。
