Job Description:

Senior Maintenance Specialist

Location: Kazakhstan
Salary: 100,000 - 150,000 RMB/year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform vehicle reception and maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Identify and report complaint risks.
3. Provide on-site, mobile, and road rescue services.
4. Follow ATS procedures and standards for maintenance and repairs.
5. Diagnose and repair complex issues.
6. Conduct warranty assessments and repairs.
7. Collaborate with other departments for internal repairs.
8. Perform re-inspections for mechanical and paint repair vehicles.
9. Maintain workshop tools and equipment.
10. Train new team members.
11. Handle technical complaints.

Qualifications:

1. Strong team collaboration and problem-solving skills.
2. Fluent in Chinese preferred.
3. 5+ years of after-sales technical experience, 2+ years as a senior technician.
4. Expertise in new energy vehicle structures and principles.
5. Light vehicle driving license.
6. Proficient in Office software.
