Job Responsibilities:
1.Understand and manage staffing needs across departments, compile and update recruitment plans.
2.Implement recruitment activities according to the plan, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews, issuing offers, and onboarding new hires.
3.Manage and develop recruitment channels to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of personnel needs.
4.Support team development by applying professional theories, methods, and tools to provide comprehensive solutions for business teams, covering recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and other human resource functions.

Qualifications:
1.Associate degree or higher; preference given to those with a background in Human 2.Resources, Management, Psychology; proficiency in using Office software.

4.Familiarity with the recruitment process and adept at using various recruitment tools and techniques; extensive recruitment experience and skills; knowledge of relevant national laws and regulations.
5.Strong professional ethics, integrity, and excellent teamwork spirit.

7.Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
