Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the establishment and management of various types of customer relationships within the market, based on the company's strategy and customer needs to develop sales strategies and implementation, to achieve the company's regional sales targets
2.Responsible for regional market insight, market analysis, competitive intelligence collection, understanding of market trends and customer needs to complete the market development goals
3.Develop business cooperation programs, coordinate company resources, and “Iron Triangle” team members to complete the sales task.
4.Develop project sales target, lead business cooperation negotiation, and collaborate to solve customer problems in cooperation.
5.Responsible for the promotion of the company's products in the region, maintain brand influence, enhance the company's product brand awareness in the region.
6.Collaborate with the product technology team to conduct technical training and solutions for customers, and cooperate with each other to improve customer satisfaction.
7.Cooperate with the supply chain management team on contract fulfillment and product delivery of the series of actions, monitor the quality of fulfillment to effectively enhance the repurchase rate.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications:
1, with more than 3 years of international business related experience; fluent in English, for specific markets, small language talent is preferred, such as Russian, Spanish, German
2, with good market development and business negotiation skills, as well as sales, project program development and implementation capabilities;
3, good teamwork and communication skills, strong sales and service consciousness, learning and hands-on ability.
4、Ability to accept overseas business trips
