薪资待遇:月薪20,000-40,000RMB

岗位职责:

  • 负责建立和管理市场内各类客户关系,依据公司战略和客户需求制定销售策略并实施,达成公司下达的区域销售目标
  • 负责区域内的市场洞察、市场分析、竞争情报收集,了解市场趋势和客户需求完成市场开拓目标
  • 制订商业合作方案,协调公司资源、与“铁三角”团队成员共同完成销售任务
  • 制定项目销售目标,主导商务合作谈判,并协同解决客户在合作中出现的问题
  • 负责公司产品在区域内的推广工作,维护品牌影响力,提升公司产品品牌在区域内的知名度
  • 协同产品技术团队对客户进行技术培训与解决方案的落地,相互配合提高客户满意度
  • 协同供应链管理团队对合同履行与产品交付的系列动作,监控履行质量有效提升复购率

任职资格:

  • 具有3 年以上国际业务相关经验;英语流利,针对特定市场,小语种人才优先,如俄语、西语、德语
  • 具有良好的市场开发和商务谈判能力,以及销售、项目方案制定与执行能力;
  • 良好的团队合作和沟通能力,强烈的销售与服务意识,学习和动手能力。
  • 能接受海外出差

Work Location (Remote): Russia, Spain, Germany, Italy, Mexico

Salary Package: Monthly salary of 20,000-40,000 RMB

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing and managing various customer relationships in the market, formulating sales strategies based on company strategy and customer needs, and implementing them to achieve the regional sales targets set by the company.
  • Responsible for market insight, market analysis, and competitive intelligence collection within the region, understanding market trends and customer needs to accomplish market development objectives.
  • Formulate business cooperation plans, coordinate company resources, and work with "Iron Triangle" team members to jointly complete sales tasks.
  • Set project sales targets, lead business cooperation negotiations, and collaborate to resolve issues that arise during cooperation with customers.
  • Responsible for promoting the company's products in the region, maintaining brand influence, and enhancing the brand recognition of the company's products in the region.
  • Collaborate with the product technical team to provide technical training and implement solutions for customers, working together to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the supply chain management team on a series of actions related to contract fulfillment and product delivery, monitoring the quality of fulfillment to effectively increase repurchase rates.

Qualifications:

  • Have more than 3 years of experience in international business; fluent in English, with priority given to candidates who are proficient in specific markets, such as Russian, Spanish, or German.
  • Possess good market development and business negotiation skills, as well as the ability to formulate and execute sales and project plans.
  • Have good teamwork and communication skills, a strong sense of sales and service, and the ability to learn and take initiative.
  • Willing to travel overseas for business trips.
