The Sales (Malaysia) position operates on a remote basis and is vital for expanding Weilong's business presence in Malaysia and Singapore. This role involves participating in the formulation of overall marketing strategies, guiding the execution of sales activities, tracking expenses for profitability, planning customer layouts, achieving market indicators, managing channel customer feedback, ensuring timely dealer payments, monitoring market developments, maintaining price stability, overseeing safe operations, and coordinating complaint handling in overseas markets. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or above, preferably from a Malaysian school, and be proficient in English or Malay as a working language.

Sales (Malaysia) - Remote Work
Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 10,000 to 15,000 + expatriate allowance

Responsibilities:
1.Participate in the formulation of overall marketing strategies for Malaysia and Singapore, provide constructive input, and develop marketing plans.
2.Expand business in Malaysia, guide and oversee the execution progress of sales activities in each market within the region.
3.Track and analyze various expenses to ensure profitability and cost reasonableness.
4.Plan the customer layout for Malaysia and Singapore and supervise the implementation of business activities within the region.
5.Achieve market indicators for customers and manage market order.
6.Handle feedback from channel customers in the region, establishing a communication mechanism for channel customer management.
7.Follow up on dealer payments to ensure timely and efficient resolution according to the company’s financial policies.
8.Monitor developments in the Malaysian and Singaporean markets, the growth of competing brands, and changes in consumer behavior, collecting relevant information and promptly reporting it to senior management.
9.Maintain price stability for products in Malaysia and Singapore, cooperate with relevant departments, educate, guide, penalize or replace non-compliant clients.
10.Oversee safe operations across all marketing and export customs clearance aspects.
11.Coordinate the handling of complaints regarding product quality, customer service, price stability, personnel management, etc., in overseas frontline markets, mitigating and reducing various risks.

岗位职责:
1.参与制定马来西亚及新加坡的整体营销策略,提供建设性意见,并制定营销方案;
2.开拓马来西亚 业务,指导并监督区域各市场销售工作的执行进度;
3.追踪、分析各项费用,保障利润,确保费用合理性
4.规划马来西亚及新加坡的客户布局,并监督区域内业务落实执行;
5.达成客户市场指标,并进行市场秩序管理;
6.处理区域内渠道客户反馈的信息,建立渠道客户管理的沟通机制;
7.跟进经销商货款,确保按照公司财务政策及时高效解决;
8.关注马来西亚及新加坡市场发展变化、竞争品牌发展、消费者变化,收集相关信息及时反馈至上级领导;
9.维护马来西亚及新加坡产品市场价格的稳定性,配合公司相关部门工作,教育、引导、处罚或替换违规客户;
10.统筹各环节的营销、出口报关等方面的安全运营;
11.协调处理海外一线市场有关产品质量、客户服务、价格稳定、人员管理等方面的投诉事件,规避、降低各类风险。
任职资格:
1.全日制本科及以上学历,马来西亚学校优先;
2.英语或马来语可以作为工作语言;
