Position: Sales Director for Major US Clients
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish customer channels and maintain customer relationships, with a particular focus on patiently cultivating key clients.
- Understand and master the true needs of key clients, which is a challenging task.
- Comprehend the company's intentions, oversee business negotiations with target clients, and achieve favorable cooperation outcomes.
- Conduct data analysis and support, analyze industry dynamics, formulate sales strategies, and improve sales performance.
- Gather and feedback valuable information from the industry to help optimize company strategies and product solutions.
- Have a perspective beyond the sales position, considering issues from the company's viewpoint, avoiding shortsightedness and sole focus on sales figures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with successful experience in the consumer electronics industry. High potential or mature team management experience is preferred.
- Possess certain market analysis and judgment abilities, capable of analyzing customers and competitors.
- Have a keen business sense, rich customer management experience, strong client development ability, results-oriented capability, global perspective, and proactive thinking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to integrate resources and collaborate with the team to achieve project goals.
- Highly self-driven, not content with the status quo, willing to take on responsibilities beyond the comfort zone.
