Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1、Familiarize with local customs policies, solve problems about customs regulations and procedures, and help enterprises to operate in compliance.
2、Carrying out trade contract negotiations, verifying and reviewing contract content to ensure that the contract complies with customs and trade laws and regulations.
3、Assist enterprises to carry out customs risk management and risk assessment, help enterprises to formulate reasonable trade programs to reduce risks.
4、Maintain and establish good relationship with local Indonesian customs and relevant industry associations, and participate in industry activities and forums on behalf of the enterprise.
5、Continuously learn and update the knowledge of trade regulations and customs policies to improve their professional ability.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications:
1, Bachelor degree or above, familiar with Indonesian language, more than 3-5 years of relevant work experience in local foreign trade industry or factory in Indonesia.
2, with solid professional knowledge of trade laws and regulations, customs policies and procedures.
3、Familiar with all aspects and processes of international trade, including contract management, logistics and transportation document preparation.
4、Have good communication and coordination skills, able to communicate and cooperate with multiple parties such as enterprises, customs and regulatory agencies.
