Job Description

China City Commercial Group is a state-controlled enterprise established under the requirements of new-era development strategies. Sales Assistant(Thailand)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Salary Range: THB 30,000 - 40,000 per month

Gender: Unrestricted (Note: This position is open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender.)

Job Responsibilities:
1.Sales Process Management: Manage and execute the subscription, signing, and sales control processes at the project site to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

2.Sales Information Updates: Timely update the sales control sheet (both electronic and paper versions) to ensure the accuracy of sales information.

3.Subscription Agreement Review: Review subscription agreements, assist clients in preparing and verifying signing documents, and be responsible for online contract signing, printing, and archiving.

4.Data Entry and Reporting: Enter and submit project site reports and ledgers, perform statistical analysis of sales data, and provide decision support for management.

5.Customer Service Support: Assist sales staff with client reception and telephone inquiries, handle communication of client information, and manage emergency situations.

6.Administrative Management: Oversee administrative tasks at the project site, including but not limited to attendance tracking, office supplies requisition, and expense reimbursement.

7.Other Duties: Complete other tasks as assigned by superior leadership.

Qualifications:
1.Associate degree or higher; preference given to candidates with a background in Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.
2.Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate project site roles, familiar with sales processes and sales control management.
3.Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong service orientation, and team spirit.
4.Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.
5.Proficient in Office software and possess basic data analysis skills.

销售助理(泰国)

薪资:月薪30000-40000THB

工作职责:
1.负责案场认购、签约、销控等流程的管理与执行,确保销售流程的顺畅与高效。
2.及时更新销控表(电子版及纸质版),确保销售信息的准确无误。
3.审核认购协议,协助客户完成签约资料的准备与审核,并负责合同的网签打印及归档工作。
4.负责案场报表、台账的录入与提报,进行销售数据的统计与分析,为管理层提供决策支持。
5.协助销售人员做好客户接待和电话来访工作,处理客户信息转告及紧急情况。
6.负责案场行政事务管理,包括但不限于人员考勤、办公用品申领、费用报销等。
7.完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求:
1.大专及以上学历,房地产、市场营销等相关专业优先。
2.具备2年以上房地产案场相关工作经验,熟悉销售流程与销控管理。
3.具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识和团队合作精神。
4.工作认真细致,责任心强,能够承受一定的工作压力。
5.熟练使用Office等办公软件,具备一定的数据分析能力。
