Job Responsibilities:
1、Acquire the advantageous tariffs from different local shipping companies in Singapore, and manage the tariffs of the company's routes;
2, proficient in route knowledge, mainly responsible for the route of the offer, regularly update the tariff table, reply to the customer's daily inquiries, quotes, coordination of cabin space;
3, understand the route shipping company port situation, advantages and disadvantages of the characteristics of the shipping company and freight forwarding bookmakers to maintain a good relationship, do a good job in the maritime market market conditions regularly collect and summarize;
4、Supplier qualification assessment and contract signing, mainly responsible for the contract management and fulfillment of maritime transportation. Organize and evaluate the company's existing shipping import and export service providers, clarify and refine the advantages and characteristics of each supplier. Develop, screen and introduce new suppliers of marine import and export services and combine them with the company's existing supplier resources to establish a supplier management system for the marine import and export module. Develop work planners for different business stages and tracking of completion.
5.Responsible for carrying out the post of operating procedures (SOP) and related rules and regulations and the preparation of a variety of standardized management documents, and timely tracking and inspection of the implementation of the situation, effective, standardized and systematic management of the department.
