薪酬福利：月薪RMB 30-50K

工作地点：新加坡

职位描述

• 获取新加坡当地不同船公司采购优势运价，管理公司航线的运价；
• 精通航线知识，主要负责航线的报价，定期更新运价表，回复客户日常的询价、报价，协调舱位；
• 了解航线船公司挂港情况、优劣特点，与船公司及货代庄家保持良好的关系，做好海运市场行情定期收集及汇总；
• 进行供应商资质评估和签订合约，主要负责海运的合同管理和履行。整理、评估公司现有的海运进出口服务供应商，明确并细化各供应商的优势和特色。开发、筛选、引进新的海运进出口服务供应商，并与公司现有的供应商资源相结合，建立海运进出口模块的供应商管理体系。制定不同业务阶段的工作计划书和完成情况的追踪。
• 负责进行岗位的操作规程（SOP）及相关规章制度和各种标准化管理文件的编写，并及时对执行情况进行跟踪检查，对部门进行有效、规范、系统化管理。

职位要求

• 本科以上学历，有5年以上货代行业运价相关岗位的工作经验。
• 具备较强的分析总结力，有较强的责任心、执行力和决策力,并具备一年以上管理经验；
• 有货代优势航线拓展经验者，有同航线工作经验者，有船公司工作经验者，优先考虑，并待遇优厚。

Work Location: Singapore

Job Description

• Obtain advantageous freight rates from different local shipping companies in Singapore and manage freight rates for company routes.
• Be proficient in route knowledge, primarily responsible for route quotation, regularly updating freight rate tables, responding to customers' daily inquiries and quotations, and coordinating cabin space.
• Understand the port calls, advantages, and disadvantages of shipping companies on the route, maintain good relationships with shipping companies and freight forwarders, and regularly collect and summarize the marine market conditions.
• Conduct supplier qualification assessments and sign contracts, primarily responsible for the management and fulfillment of marine contracts. Organize and evaluate the company's existing marine import and export service suppliers, clarify and detail their advantages and characteristics. Develop, screen, and introduce new marine import and export service suppliers, and establish a supplier management system for the marine import and export module by combining them with the company's existing supplier resources. Develop work plans for different business stages and track their completion.
• Be responsible for compiling operating procedures (SOPs), relevant rules and regulations, and various standardized management documents for the position, and promptly follow up and inspect the implementation to ensure effective, standardized, and systematic management of the department.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in freight-related positions in the freight forwarding industry.
• Strong analytical and summary skills, strong sense of responsibility, execution, and decision-making abilities, and more than one year of management experience.
• Candidates with experience in expanding advantageous freight forwarding routes, working in the same route, or working with shipping companies will be given priority and offered competitive treatment.
