Regional sales manager

Location: USA（No need to work shifts）

Salary and welfare:

1，Salary: Base annual salary: $80k - $120k, business commission

2，Welfare: in accordance with the requirements of local labor policies and regulations, commercial insurance, annual leave, etc

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the company's business development in the local region and achieve personal annual operational goals;,
• Responsible for the daily communication between the head office and the local team, the transmission of management ideas and corporate culture, and assist the local team leader in the development of management;
• Work closely with other departments of the head office to realize the company's strategic layout in the local area.

Requirements:

1，Bachelor degree, male, under 35 years old

2，more than 3 years of local electronic components sales/marketing/R&D technology and other work experience

3，knowledge reserve in the field of RF technology or component application, business development willingness of sales or customer service, strong communication and coordination skills

4，Adapt to business travel, have experience in global enterprises, fluent in (Chinese) and English, and have a certain understanding and recognition of Chinese and American cultures

5，Ready for frequent business trips
