Summary
This position represents a great opportunity to become part of an international growing team and take responsibility for developing sales in the defined territory and/or assigned vertical market to help to drive our growth in 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing market. We focus with our 3D printing solutions to manufacture parts in high performance polymers targeted to demanding market segments such as aerospace, automotive, high tech and medical.
INTAMSYS Technology GmbH, located in Stuttgart - Germany, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will help INTAMSYS to grow by achieving the sales objectives assigned for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The main responsibilities will be focused on partner channel development as well as on developing and conducting business at defined large enterprise accounts, whist the sales support is focused on our sales partners to achieve the sales targets and develop the partners’ sales capacity and ability.
Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities
· Define your regional business plan, execute vital few actions, and achieve defined sales objectives for the defined territory
· Develop and execute an enterprise sales plan as part of the regional business plan
· Develop the sales channel network by supporting new partner selection and onboarding
· Manage and execute the partner business plans by driving the agreed actions and developing the sales opportunity pipeline
· Develop and nurture partnership with strategic accounts, develop close working relationships with the Tier 1 sales partners
· Conduct customer meetings by customer visits to the INTAMSYS EMEA Application Centre or at the customer or partner location
· Act as a consultant to potential customers and our partners with regards to our solutions (printers, materials) and best fit for defined applications.
· Initiate and conduct training and education to the sales partners
· Invite prospective customer to our Application Centre located at the EMEA offices for product demonstrations and customer workshops
· Support events (trainings, tradeshow, seminars) held by INTAMSYS or our sales partners
· Manage and review your sales opportunity pipeline and provide regular reporting on sales performance and assigned territory activities to upper management.
Qualifications & Skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and / or business.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant of customer facing experience in B2B, preferably in a quota bearing role selling solutions or systems.
- Experience in 3D printing/ Additive Manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of polymers and/or FFF technology is beneficial.
- Fluent in English in writing and speaking. Any other language skills are beneficial.
- Excellent presentation, demonstration, and communication skills
- Conceptually strong
- Sound business acumen combined with persistence to achieve agreed objectives
- No need for close supervision – self-starter
- Teamplayer in a multicultural environment
- Business travel is required
