Standard Establishment: Develop quality assessment criteria and ensure effective implementation.
System Development: Plan and establish a quality management system to improve the effectiveness and suitability of the company's quality system operations.
Audit and Verification: Develop and implement internal audit plans based on relevant quality management system standards and laws/regulations.
Training and Education: Provide training and empowerment for quality management across various lines.
On-site Inspection and Quality Issue Improvement Reporting: Conduct on-site inspections of product quality, promptly address and communicate any quality issues, and generate improvement reports.
