工作职责：

1.按质量体系要求，建立健海外公司质量管理体系；

2.参与海外工厂质量标准的制定与更新；

3.负责海外工厂来料检验、制程检验、产品终检，并处理相关问题；

4.负责海外品质管理团队管理及人员培养。

任职条件：

1.本科及以上学历，有大型制造业业质量体系和质量管控经验；

2.熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系，能独立编制质量体系文件和后期的文件更新；

3.有较强的推动能力，沟通交流能力和团队协作意识。

Quality Manager (Vietnam)

Salary Range: 20,000 - 25,000 RMB per month

Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Responsibilities:

1.Establish and improve the quality management system of the overseas company according to quality system requirements.

2.Participate in the formulation and updating of quality standards for the overseas factory.

3.Oversee incoming material inspection, process inspection, and final product inspection at the overseas factory, and handle related issues.

4.Manage the quality management team at the overseas factory and develop personnel.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher, with experience in quality systems and quality control in large manufacturing companies.

2.Familiarity with ISO9001 quality management systems and the ability to independently prepare quality system documents and subsequent updates.

3.Strong driving ability, excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Willingness to develop a long-term career overseas.
