Responsibilities:
1.Establish policies, procedures, and systems for procurement activities.
2.Develop procurement and inventory plans based on planned sales and operational needs, implement these plans, and oversee their execution.
3.Conduct negotiations with suppliers, perform competitive analysis of procurement costs, conduct industry cost research, and refine cost reduction and control strategies.
4.Prepare monthly and quarterly procurement reports.
5.Responsible for supplier development and management according to supply chain management planning.
6.Organize and manage material certification processes.
7.Handle the signing of supplier contracts, including negotiations on legal terms, pricing, payment terms, etc.
8.Monitor contract execution and delivery acceptance, capable of handling any anomalies that arise.
9.Manage reconciliation with suppliers, financial management, and follow-up on payment matters; ensure accuracy in accounts and invoices without discrepancies.

Qualifications:

3.Bachelor's degree or above in procurement management, logistics management, or related fields.
4.More than six years of experience in procurement.

岗位职责：
1.负责采购工作的制度建设、流程与体系建设；
2.根据计划销售运营的商品需求计划，制定相应的采购计划、备货计划，组织实施并监督执行；

4.负责提交月度、季度采购工作报告；
