Project Sales Manager - Mongolia

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage partnerships with System Integrators.
2. Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
3. Adapt strategic planning and priority setting for the department.
4. Prepare and analyze performance tools and reports.
5. Analyze contracts and billing for accuracy and completeness.
6. Manage inventory and sales tracking.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, especially in government projects and bidding processes.
3. Experience in ICT industry preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mongolian.
5. Team player with self-motivated work style.
