Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above from all major (Industrial Engineering or Management is preferred)
2. Possess up to 2 years working experience in production management field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Full proficiency in English and Mandarin
4. Understand the production process and lean manufacture concept
5. Strong in problem analysis and solving skills
6. Good at leadership skills, personality, communication, and highly responsible
7. Understand ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and EHS and others
8. Have good management skills
9. Able to guide team to achieve target
10. Understand and uphold product quality management
11. Able to carry out management in planning, organizing, directing and controlling
12. Understand the management and implementation of 6S

Job Responsibilities:

1. Allocate the production resource based on the schedule and control the production process
2. Coordinate the implementation of resources, improve the production efficiency, and control manufacture cost based on the requirement of process document
3. Carry out the work with the KPI project as the traction manager and process manager
4. Continuously optimize management method and improve business skill
5. Do a good job in echelon & humanistic construction and create a positive team atmosphere
