岗位职责：

1、主导客户图纸解析、产品可行性分析和验证，核对新品加工工艺与厂内设备的匹配程度；

2、负责产品结构评审、所有图纸出图（包含：客户图纸、供应商图纸、内部图纸）；

3、新产品模具开发工艺、结构设计评审，并输出问题点清单；

4、负责产品所有内/外部设变评估评审；

5、设变类产品图纸校验，2D图纸更新并受控下发；

6、对产品可实现性负责；

7、设变改模方案评审；

8、负责与客户进行技术交流和沟通，解决产品开发过程中存在的质量问题；

9、参与阶段性产品评审，及新品试制过程技术支持；

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，机械、焊接类相关专业，熟练使用三维设计软件；

2、一年以上新能源电池箱体（电池托盘）前期焊接工艺工作经验；

3、精通凸焊、点焊、弧焊等焊接工艺，了解铝连接工艺（如：SPR、FDS、CMT等）

Product Engineer (Mexico)

Salary :RMB 10,000 - 20,000 per month

Responsibilities:

1.Lead customer drawing analysis, product feasibility analysis and verification, and verify the matching degree between new product processing technology and in-house equipment;

2.Be responsible for product structure review and all drawing output (including customer drawings, supplier drawings, and internal drawings);

3.Conduct mold development process and structural design reviews for new products, and output a list of issues;

4.Be responsible for all internal and external design change assessments and reviews for products;

5.Verify drawings for design-changed products, update 2D drawings, and issue them under control;

6.Be responsible for product realizability;

7.Review design change and mold modification schemes;

8.Be responsible for technical exchanges and communications with customers to solve quality issues during product development;

9.Participate in phased product reviews and provide technical support during new product trial production.

Requirements:

1.College degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, welding, or related fields, proficient in using 3D design software;

2.Have more than one year of experience in the early-stage welding process of new energy battery boxes (battery trays);

3.Be proficient in projection welding, spot welding, arc welding, and other welding processes, and have knowledge of aluminum joining processes (such as SPR, FDS, CMT, etc.).
