Job responsibilities:
Master production plan:

2) Comprehensive consideration of long-term material supply and capacity to ensure the rationality and execution of the main production plan
3) Assist domestic material planners, purchasers and other relevant personnel to solve potential material supply problems
4) Plan the factory capacity, analyze the current capacity, and make long-term capacity planning, and work with the factory director, engineering department, production department and other relevant departments to solve potential capacity load problems.
Daily scheduling plan/Weekly scheduling plan
1) According to the main production plan, combined with the situation of materials and capacity, make and release daily production scheduling plan for not less than 4 weeks every week. If the demand changes, the daily/weekly production scheduling plan should be updated in time
2) Prepare and upload production plan, open, follow up, close production work order and handle abnormal work order
3) Track and supervise the implementation of the production plan, coordinate to solve the problems in the process, and ensure the implementation of the production plan
4) Establish and maintain the accuracy of production plan analysis report, daily maintenance and update (order completion, production change times...)

Material Requirements Planning :"
1) According to the main production plan, combined with the status of materials in transit and storage, organize long-term material demand calculation (MRP), and issue long-term forecast material plan
2) According to the daily/weekly production plan, combined with the status of materials in transit and storage, organize the weekly material demand calculation (MRP) and guide the short-term production scheduling plan
3) According to the material delivery time provided by the domestic material planner, evaluate the impact on the short production and long-term forecast delivery. If there is any anomaly, formulate countermeasures in time to ensure the required material supply

Job requirements:
