Summary

The Plate Product Business Development Manager will be based in Vietnam and is responsible for driving the sales and purchase of various plate products such as hot coil, hot rolled cutting plate, medium and thick plates, hot rolled wire, pipeline steel, cold rolled, galvanized, and silicon steel within Southeast Asia. The role involves achieving growth targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing strategic business plans to expand the company’s customer base and market presence, coordinating internal resources to provide superior customer service, and fostering long-lasting customer partnerships by understanding their needs. Regular reporting on sales performance and participation in team meetings and training are also essential.

Salary: Annual salary of RMB 150,000 to 200,000 (negotiable for exceptional candidates)

 

Work Location: Vietnam

Responsibilities:

1.You will be responsible for purchase and sales of plate such as Hot coil, hot rolled cutting plate, medium and thick plate, hot rolled wire, hot rolled, pipeline steel, thick plate, cold rolled, galvanized, silicon steel etc. in Southeast Asia.

2.Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the pipeline and maintain customer relationships.

3.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.

4.Coordinate internal resources to provide superior customer service and supports. While build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

5.Regularly report the sales performance and attend team meetings and training.

 

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years' experience in International trade of plate, candidates have mature sales channel to foreign markets are preferred.
  2. Bachelor degree or above, CET-6 or equivalent, be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  3. Obtain a good sense of marketing, excellent business negotiation ability. Be hard-working, honest and trustworthy, have a strong sense of responsibility.

4.Preference will be given to local candidates, and those who can speak Chinese are also preferred.

工作职责

1、负责板材类如热卷、热轧切板、中厚板、热轧线材、热轧、管线钢、厚板、冷轧、镀锌、硅钢在东南亚地区的采购与销售工作;

2、开发新客户,维护现有客户关系,达成销售目标;

3、分析市场趋势,制定有效的销售策略和计划;

4、协调内部资源,提供优质的客户服务和支持;

5、定期汇报销售业绩,参与团队会议和培训。

 

任职要求:

  1. 1.2年以上板材国际贸易经验,有成熟的国外市场销售渠道者优先。
  2. 本科及以上学历,大学英语六级或同等资历,英语听说读写流利。
  3. 具备良好的市场营销意识,优秀的商务谈判能力。吃苦耐劳,诚实守信,责任心强
  4. 属地化优先,会中文优先
