We are looking for a Payment Collection Operation to support our Global Payment Collection Operation Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently execute all client’s collection and payment transactions according to SOP.
- Collaborate with both internal cross-functional teams and our external partners on client requests or issues.
- Assist and resolve collection and payment inquiries or issues from our clients timely.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related field
- Open to fresh graduates, experience in operations management within the financial institution or payments industry is a plus.
- Able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, data driven and has an acute attention to detail
- Good understanding of major global clearing systems such as Fedwire/CHATS/SEPA etc will be advantage.
