 U.S. Overseas Warehouse Resource Development Expert

(Work Location: United States) RMB 30k-50k·14 Salary

Job description

1. Find potential U.S. warehouse service providers, establish and maintain supplier relations to obtain competitive warehouse rent and service quotations;

2. Maintain close contact with existing U.S. warehouse service providers, and regularly collect and sort out the total amount of warehouse resources in the United States, the operation status, potential warehouse resource expansion plans, and the trend of renewal and refund of leases in the United States;

3. According to the company's business plan and warehouse resource requirements in the United States, formulate a detailed summary report of available warehouse resources, storage fees and related service prices, including potential and existing U.S. warehouse service providers;

4. Support the business expansion needs of the Direct Fulfilment business model of leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and AliExpress;

5. Assist in the bidding of new warehouses and the withdrawal of old warehouses in the United States, communicate with suppliers and evaluate warehouses and services;

6. Regularly conduct monthly price research and information collection in the current warehouse rental and service market in the United States, and write corresponding reports;

7. Support the local port logistics operation in the United States and the local distribution business line in the United States, and the corresponding full-link resource expansion work;

Job requirements:

1. Familiar with the leading suppliers in the U.S. warehouse rental market, understand the trend of warehouse rental prices and in-warehouse service prices, and have market analysis ability;

2. Have at least one, and look forward to the actual implementation or project management experience of multiple warehouses in the opening, expansion, rent-out, warehouse transfer, merger or optimization projects;

3. Familiar with the business operation mode of warehouse distribution integration and warehouse distribution separation;

4. Familiar with the Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfilment business model and have at least one year of practical work experience

5. Familiar with the warehouse management system, relevant project experience is preferred;

6. Have the ability to work independently and be able to adapt to medium- and long-term business travel arrangements.

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. More than 5 years of overseas warehouse-related work experience; (Internet industry-related work experience is preferred)

3. Fluent in Chinese and English;
