Job Description
【Responsibilities】
1, according to the overall financial requirements of the Group headquarters, fully responsible for the management of the local subsidiary financial team and overall financial management, including promoting the implementation of headquarters policy guidelines, financial changes, leading the local company's financial team and the financial system set up, the Group's system and the local tax regulations to comply with the system, the institutionalization of the internal processes to improve, financial accounting, capital asset security and risk management;

Qualifications & Skills
Job requirements:
1, bachelor degree or above, accounting and other related majors;
2, with more than 3 years of multinational enterprises (retail industry is preferred) financial work experience, more than 2 years of experience in team management;
3, has the overall financial management experience, with multinational financial operation mode experience, involved in the organization of the internal control process design, external audit collaboration, or important financial system information technology builders is preferred;
4, for the integrity of the person , simple, pragmatic, strong principles;
5, with strong teamwork and management skills, high sense of responsibility and a good change mentality, sunny and cheerful, willing to embrace change;
6, with strong communication skills and good anti-pressure;
7, English level 4 or above, listening, reading and writing can be used as the language of work;
8, able to accept long-term expatriation.
