 工作内容:

  1. 负责海外代理/渠道客户反馈的技术问题解决,保证问题有效闭环及客户满意度;
  2. 负责区域内代理及重要渠道客户技术团队客户关系维护和技术赋能,提升渠道技术支持能力和服务满意度;
  3. 负责区域内中小客户/项目的售前售后支持,支撑业务开拓;
  4. 负责区域内重要合作伙伴的关系维护和产品兼容 以相关效率提升事宜;

任职职责:

  1. 网络,电子、通信或计算机等相关专业,本科以上学历;
  2. 英语四级以上,良好的读写能力,基本的听说能力;
  3. 有渠道客户支持经验、项目客户技术支持经验者优先;
  4. 抗压能力较强,良好的沟通协调和良好的团队合作精神。

Xiamen Yilian Network Technology

Overseas technical support engineer (assigned) RMB 10-15K·14 salary

Work content:

  1. Responsible for solving technical problems of overseas agent/channel customer feedback to ensure effective closed-loop problems and customer satisfaction;
  1. Responsible for customer relationship maintenance and technical empowerment of agents and important channel customer technical teams in the region, and improve channel technical support capabilities and service satisfaction;
  1. Responsible for pre-sales and after-sales support for small and medium-sized customers/projects in the region to support business development;
  1. Responsible for the maintenance of relations and product compatibility of important partners in the region, and related efficiency improvement;

Responsibilities:

  1. Bachelor degree or above in network, electronics, communication or computer and other related majors;
  1. CET-4 or above, good reading and writing skills, basic listening and speaking skills;
  1. Experience in channel customer support and project customer technical support is preferred;
  1. Strong stress resistance, good communication and coordination and good teamwork spirit.
