Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Equipment Maintenance and Repair
- Responsible for the daily repair and maintenance of various types of engineering machinery and equipment (such as excavators, loaders, cranes, etc.) stationed overseas to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Accurate diagnosis of equipment failure, repair success rate needs to reach [X]% or more (out of 100 points).
- Work in accordance with the equipment maintenance manual and the company's standard procedures, record the details of the repair, including fault phenomena, repair measures, replacement parts, etc., and the completeness rate of the maintenance records reaches 100%.
2. Customer Support
- Provide technical support to overseas customers, answer customers' questions about equipment operation, repair and maintenance, and achieve customer satisfaction of more than [X] points (out of 100 points).
- Respond to customers' maintenance requests within the specified time, with emergency maintenance response time not exceeding [X] hours.
3. Residency Management
- Assist in managing the equipment spare parts inventory in overseas residency to ensure the adequacy rate of commonly used spare parts is above [X]%. Regular inventory count and report to supervisor.
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the working environment at the station, comply with local safety regulations and the company's safety system, and the incidence rate of safety accidents at the station is 0.
4. Training and Communication
- Conduct training on the operation and basic maintenance of construction machinery and equipment for overseas local staff or customers, and the training participation rate and favorable feedback rate is above [X]%.
- Maintain close communication with the headquarters and provide timely feedback on the operation status of the stationed equipment, market demand and other information.
Qualifications & Skills
Job Requirements
1. Skill Requirements
- Possess solid engineering machinery and equipment maintenance skills, familiar with the principles of mechanical structure, hydraulic system, and electrical system of a wide range of equipment, and possess more than 3 years of relevant maintenance work experience.
- Hold relevant engineering machinery and equipment maintenance qualification certificate (such as excavator maintenance certificate, etc.).
- Skilled in the use of all kinds of maintenance tools and testing equipment.
2. Language and Cultural Adaptability
- Good command of English (or local language) in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate fluently with overseas customers and colleagues.
- Understand and respect local culture and customs, and be able to quickly adapt to overseas working and living environment.
3. Other Requirements
- Age 30-45, no bad habits, no alcoholism.
- Good teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility and problem solving ability.
- Physically fit and able to adapt to the work intensity and environmental pressure of overseas stationed work.
