岗位职责:
1、基于公司风控、反欺诈等产品,为企业级客户提供IT咨询及解决方案服务,并根据行业特征和规律,协助销售提供售前咨询;
2、提供项目售前支持和技术支持,包括业务咨询、方案规划与讲解、产品演示、标书制作,并指导销售工作;
3、制作和培训产品销售工具,包括行业解决方案、演示材料、客户案例、竞品分析等;
4、培训销售人员的售前产品知识、行业知识以及演示技能;
5、协助实施部门完成客户需求确认、系统实施和项目验收等工作;
6、组织协调POC项目,控制测试进度与测试质量,支持POC总结汇报;7、协助市场推广活动的策划和执行,制定区域市场拓展策略;
8、向产品部门反馈客户产品改进需求,提升产品市场占有率。
岗位要求:
1、Base海外,可接受长时间出差者优先;
2、英文可以作为工作语言;
3、本科及以上学历,具有完善的知识框架和系统思维,熟悉风控、大数据、机器学习、数据挖掘、AI、建模等相关技术;
4、3年以上方案或咨询工作经验,有信贷风险、反欺诈风险、大数据安全工作经验者优先考虑;
5、具有较强的方案售前专业性,了解金融科技风控行业的发展动态和趋势,有金融科技领域经验者优先;
6、良好的沟通能力和方案撰写能力,善于总结与分析,能够解决客户在产品使用过程中遇到的问题;
7、积极乐观、沟通能力强,具备很强的学习能力,具有跨部门沟通能力和团队协作能力,具备丰富的售前咨询和投标经验;

Overseas Solutions Expert (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines)
Salary Range: Monthly RMB 20-40K
Location: Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines

Responsibilities:
1.Provide IT consulting and solutions services to enterprise-level clients based on the company’s risk control and anti-fraud products, and assist sales in providing pre-sales consultations based on industry characteristics and trends.
2.Offer pre-sales support and technical support for projects, including business consultation, planning and presentation of solutions, product demonstrations, tender preparation, and guidance for sales efforts.
3.Develop and train sales tools, including industry solutions, presentation materials, customer case studies, competitive analysis, etc.
4.Train sales personnel on pre-sales product knowledge, industry knowledge, and demonstration skills.
5.Assist the implementation department in completing customer requirement confirmation, system implementation, and project acceptance.
6.Organize and coordinate Proof of Concept (POC) projects, control test progress and quality, and support POC summary presentations.
7.Assist in planning and executing market promotion activities and developing regional market expansion strategies.
8.Provide feedback to the product department on customer product improvement needs to increase market share.
Requirements:
1.Based overseas, preference for candidates who can accept long-term travel.
2.English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language.
3.Bachelor's degree or above, with a comprehensive knowledge framework and systematic thinking, familiarity with risk control, big data, machine learning, data mining, AI, modeling, and related technologies.
4.At least 3 years of experience in solution or consulting work, with preference given to those with experience in credit risk, anti-fraud risk, big data security, etc.
5.Strong professionalism in pre-sales solutions, understanding of the development dynamics and trends in the fintech risk control industry, and preference for candidates with experience in the fintech field.
6.Excellent communication and proposal writing skills, capable of summarizing and analyzing, and able to resolve issues encountered by customers during product usage.
7.Positive attitude, strong communication skills, excellent learning ability, cross-departmental communication and teamwork skills, and rich experience in pre-sales consultation and bidding.
