二、岗位职责

1. 设备保养及维修：

• 负责各类工程机械设备（如挖掘机、装载机、起重机等）在海外驻点的日常维修、保养工作，确保设备正常运行。对设备故障进行准确诊断，维修成功率需达到[X]%以上（满分100分）。
• 按照设备维修手册和公司标准流程开展工作，记录维修详情，包括故障现象、维修措施、更换零件等，维修记录完整率达到100%。

2. 客户支持：

• 为海外客户提供技术支持，解答客户关于设备操作、维修保养方面的疑问，客户满意度达到[X]分以上（满分100分）。
• 在规定时间内响应客户的维修请求，紧急维修响应时间不超过[X]小时。

3. 驻点管理:

• 协助管理海外驻点的设备备件库存，确保常用备件的充足率在[X]%以上。定期盘点库存并向上级汇报。
• 维护驻点工作环境的安全与整洁，遵守当地的安全法规和公司安全制度，驻点安全事故发生率为0。

4. 培训与沟通：

1. 技能要求：

• 持有相关工程机械设备维修资格证书（如挖掘机维修证书等）。
• 能够熟练使用各类维修工具和检测设备。

• 具备良好的英语（或当地语言）听说读写能力，能够流畅地与海外客户和同事沟通交流。
• 了解并尊重当地文化习俗，能快速适应海外工作和生活环境。

Position Title: Overseas Service Engineer - Construction Equipment Maintenance

Location:  Overseas (Congo DR, Uganda, Guinea)

Salary: RMB 15-30K per month

Job Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance and Repair:

• Perform daily maintenance and repair of construction equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, cranes) at overseas sites to ensure proper functioning. Accurately diagnose equipment issues, aiming for a repair success rate of [X]% or higher.
• Follow equipment maintenance manuals and company standard procedures, thoroughly documenting repair details such as malfunction symptoms, repair actions, and parts replaced, ensuring 100% completeness of maintenance records.

2. Customer Support:

• Provide technical support to overseas customers, addressing their questions regarding equipment operation, maintenance, and repair. Achieve a customer satisfaction score of [X]% or higher.
• Respond to customer repair requests within the designated time, ensuring emergency repair response times do not exceed [X] hours.

3. Onsite Management:

• Assist in managing spare parts inventory at the overseas site, ensuring an adequate supply of common parts with availability rates of [X]% or higher. Conduct regular inventory checks and report to superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in using various repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
