The Overseas Sales Position (Indonesia) based in Jakarta, Indonesia, is crucial for expanding Weilong's overseas market business in the region. This role involves participating in the formulation of overall marketing strategies for the overseas business department, guiding and overseeing the execution of sales activities, tracking expenses for profitability, planning customer layouts within overseas sales regions, achieving market indicators, managing channel customer feedback, ensuring timely dealer payments, monitoring market developments, maintaining price stability, overseeing safe operations, and coordinating complaint handling in overseas markets. The ideal candidate will have more than three years of sales experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry or export business field, proficiency in Indonesian and Chinese as working languages, familiarity with overseas market layout, strong sales awareness, and be results-oriented.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Luohe City, Henan Province, Weilong's product line covers flavored noodle products, vegetable products, soybean products, and other categories, with key items including large gluten snacks, small gluten snacks, Qianzui Burn (a type of snack), spicy sticks, and konjac delights. The company currently operates five production bases and two R&D centers, with its products sold in over 40 countries and regions worldwide.

Overseas Sales Position (Indonesia)

Company: Weilong

Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 20,000 to 30,000

Work Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities:
1.Participate in the formulation of overall marketing strategies for the overseas business department, provide constructive input, and develop marketing plans.
2.Expand overseas market business, guide and oversee the execution progress of sales activities in each regional market.
3.Track and analyze various expenses to ensure profitability and cost reasonableness.
4.Plan customer layouts within overseas sales regions and supervise the implementation of business activities within the region.
5.Achieve market indicators for customers and manage market order.
6.Handle feedback from channel customers within the region, establishing a communication mechanism for channel customer management.
7.Follow up on dealer payments to ensure timely and efficient resolution according to the company’s financial policies.
8.Monitor developments in overseas markets, the growth of competing brands, and changes in consumer behavior, collecting relevant information and promptly reporting it to senior management.
9.Maintain price stability for products within overseas sales regions, cooperate with relevant departments, educate, guide, penalize or replace non-compliant clients.
10.Oversee safe operations across all aspects of overseas marketing and export customs clearance.
11.Coordinate the handling of complaints regarding product quality, customer service, price stability, personnel management, etc., in overseas frontline markets, mitigating and reducing various risks.

Qualifications:
1.More than 3 years of sales experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry or export business field.
2.Bachelor's degree or above; proficiency in Indonesian and Chinese as working languages.
3.Familiarity with overseas market layout, strong sales awareness, and results-oriented.

职责描述:
1.参与制定海外业务部的整体营销策略,提供建设性意见,并制定营销方案;
2.开拓海外市场业务,指导并监督区域各市场销售工作的执行进度;
3.追踪、分析各项费用,保障利润,确保费用合理性
4.规划海外销售大区内的客户布局,并监督区域内业务落实执行;
5.达成客户市场指标,并进行市场秩序管理;
6.处理区域内渠道客户反馈的信息,建立渠道客户管理的沟通机制;
7.跟进经销商货款,确保按照公司财务政策及时高效解决;
8.关注海外市场发展变化、竞争品牌发展、消费者变化,收集相关信息及时反馈至上级领导;
9.维护海外销售大区内产品市场价格的稳定性,配合公司相关部门工作,教育、引导、处罚或替换违规客户;
10.统筹海外各环节的营销、出口报关等方面的安全运营;
11.协调处理海外一线市场有关产品质量、客户服务、价格稳定、人员管理等方面的投诉事件,规避、降低各类风险。

任职资格:
1.快消品行业或出口业务领域工作 3 年以上销售工作经验;
2.本科及以上学历,印尼语、中文可作为工作语言;
3.熟悉海外市场布局,强销售意识,结果导向;
