Overseas Sales Manager - Building Materials (English/French/Spanish)
Base Location: Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Senegal, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, and Peru
Salary: Monthly salary of RMB 25,000 to 45,000

Job Responsibilities:
Based on the strategic development plan of the headquarters and departmental requirements, the Overseas Sales Manager will be responsible for executing market promotion strategies, supervising sales activities, providing customer service, overseeing showroom construction and maintenance, managing product displays, and organizing and training the local sales team.
1. Responsible for market expansion, client acquisition, and relationship management in the assigned regions.
2. Promote products and secure sales orders.
3.Adjust sales prices and strategies according to local market changes.
4.Manage and follow up on the collection of overdue payments from clients.
5.Regularly summarize and analyze sales performance, submitting required data and reports as per company guidelines.
6. Assist in marketing and promotional activities.
7.Oversee the recruitment, management, and training of the local sales team.
8.Fulfill other tasks and handle emergency situations as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1.Full-time bachelor's degree or above, major unrestricted; proficiency in English, French, or Spanish as a working language.
2.Industry background is not limited, but preference will be given to those with experience in overseas building materials or telecommunications industries. A minimum of one year of overseas sales experience is required; outstanding candidates may have flexible requirements.
3.Strong organizational and coordination skills, keen insight, excellent communication abilities, proactive attitude, strong stress resilience, and leadership qualities.

岗位职责:
依据总公司发展战略规划,结合部门工作要求,进行海外渠道市场推广的策略执行,销售督导,客户服务、展厅建设监理、产品展示维护及客户团队组建、人员管理与培训
1、负责所辖区域的市场开拓、客户开发与维护工作;
2、产品推介,获取销售订单;
3、根据当地市场变化,及时调整销售价格与策略;
4、负责应收客户货款的催缴工作;
5、销售工作的定期总结分析,按要求提交相关数据、报告等;
6、协助市场推广工作;
7、本地销售团队的管理;
8、完成上级交代的其他工作及应急工作处理。
岗位要求:
1、全日制本科以上学历,专业不限,英语/法语/西语可作为工作语言
2、行业不限,有海外建材、通讯行业经验优先,具备1年以上的海外销售经验,能力素质优秀者可酌情放宽;
