薪资范围:月薪RMB 40-70K*14薪

岗位职责:
1、负责德国区域及周边国家储能产品销售市场开发与维护,完成销售指标;
2、负责与客户的日常沟通、订单确立、生产协调及收汇跟进;
3、定期收集市场最新政策及竞争对手信息,向公司内部反馈市场信息及客户要求;
4、定期汇总工作成果,与团队进行汇报;
5、参加重要展会及行业峰会,做好品牌营销和客户挖掘;
6、公司领导安排的其他任务。
任职要求:
1、流利的英语or德语or本地语言口语与书面能力,能够独自完成基本的客户开发工作;
2、兼备优秀的团队合作意识与独立思考的能力;
3、具备足够的专注度与自我激励意识:
4、具备在多任务情况下的合理任务分配能力,实现合理的工作结果输出;
5、具备海外光伏行业或太阳能产品应用行业2年以上销售经验;
6、具有良好的沟通能力及商务谈判能力,良好的人际关系和组织协调能力,
7、本科或以上学历。
我们倾向于:
1、熟悉国外太阳能、储能行业各国政策、市场风向标、各国产品需求,熟悉产品行业标准;
2、熟悉光伏、储能等技术知识;

Overseas Sales (Germany)
Salary : RMB 40,000 - 70,000/month * 14 months

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for developing and maintaining the energy storage product sales market in Germany and surrounding countries, achieving sales targets.
2.Handle daily communication with clients, order confirmation, production coordination, and payment follow-up.
3.Collect and regularly update market policies and competitor information, and feed back market conditions and customer requirements to the company.
4.Summarize work achievements regularly and report to the team.
5.Attend important exhibitions and industry summits, conduct brand marketing and customer acquisition.
6.Carry out other tasks assigned by company leadership.
Requirements:
1.Fluent spoken and written English, German, or local language skills sufficient to independently handle basic client development.
2.Excellent teamwork spirit and independent thinking ability.
3.Adequate focus and self-motivation.
4.Ability to manage task allocation effectively under multitasking situations to achieve reasonable work output.
5.At least 2 years of sales experience in the overseas photovoltaic industry or solar product application industry.
6.Excellent communication and business negotiation skills, interpersonal relations, and organizational coordination abilities.
7.Bachelor's degree or above.
Preferred:
1.Familiarity with policies, market trends, and product demands in foreign solar and energy storage industries, knowledge of industry standards.
2.Understanding of photovoltaic and energy storage technologies.
3.Preference for candidates with independent overseas work or living
